Martinez Music Mafia
Giving is Giving Back
MMM Board of Directors
Chris Bryant
Chris "CB" Bryant is the only MMM founder on the Board, and the organization's story is a testament to his relentless energy and creativity. He's spent his whole life dedicated to music and community and is basically the straw that stirs the drink that is the MMM. He's also our principal video/social media wizard, and coiner of catchy nicknames and phrases.
Cassandra Campbell
An enthusiastic fan of local, live music, Cassy has decades of experience in the non-profit world as the Executive Director of a local charitable organization. You can also find her joyfully volunteering for numerous Martinez events.
Bruce Campbell
A lifelong musician, Bruce has been involved in the local arts scene for years, and has served on number of Boards of Directors for non-profit organizations such as Martinez Main Street, the California Bluegrass Association and the John Muir Association.
Paul Cotruvo
Paul has been a working musician in the area since 1975, being a part of Bands such as "Sunstorm", "Cover2Cover" and "The Big Jangle". Says Paul, "My philosophy has always been to use music, not only for enjoyment and education, but to raise awareness and money for the less fortunate. Martinez Music Mafia embodies this philosophy and is why I am honored to be a part of this organization."
Scotty O'Neill
Scotty has been performing in various bands and collaboration with others for decades, and has always found the MusiCommunity his driving strength of purpose and joy. The opportunity to serve on the MMM was a natural fit to his lifetime edict of 'Giving is Giving Back', which comes from what we get when we give; Joy!
Brian Walker
The Walker family in Martinez has long been deeply involved in support of the Arts. Brian is a talented musician, playing with several bands and gaining renown for his versatility in a number of styles. He also brings his keen insights to the MMM - he's often able to discern hidden impressions and consequences to actions, raising the level of Board discussions.
Steve Riccobono
Steve’s passion for live music and growing up in the 70’s around high-end stereo equipment gave him the ear to know quality sound. Going to local events and getting to know the local musicians, he saw the need to support the community and bands with quality sound. In 2010 he decided to invest in audio gear and started up Sound Travels Productions. His reputation has grown and he is one of the "go-to guys" in the area for local bands and events
Scott Anderson
Scott found the Martinez music scene as a new performer about 10 years ago. The open mics and jams in downtown all provided a great opportunity to play publicly and meet other musicians. He currently plays with Delta Deuce. His non-music past brings experience consulting with several non-profits on disaster recovery and being on the board of the Business Recovery Managers Association, a SF professional organization.
